Help From Home
A shift from the traditional classroom to remote learning can exacerbate educational disparities — especially for students who are from low income families and under-served communities. Cub Support strives to help close the gap by providing free, virtual academic support to K-12 students.
Who are We?
We started as a group of University of California, Berkeley students “Bears” who wanted to support K-12 students “Cubs” academically. Now, we’re a group of students nationwide, with chapters established throughout the University of California system. We are working hard to establish more chapters.

We offer different tutoring styles to supplement your student’s education. Whether your student is a visual learner, an auditory learner, etc., our tutors are here to provide support.
Our tutors are very excited to work with you! Before being accepted into our organization, each tutor completes a standard screening procedure to ensure the safety of our students.

In this personalized approach, students are paired with a tutor based on their needs. We offer one-on-one tutoring in a variety of subjects, such as Writing, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, History, and Reading Comprehension.
